Iced Coffee
(or Ice Coffee as some people call it) is basically a mixture of brewed coffee, milk and/or cream and sugar and
served either chilled or over ice in a glass - with your own ice
maker (it can be a portable, no plumbing machine), you can add this
latter option to your list of uses for your machine at home. It is a favourite
drink in many hot countries such as Thailand, Vietnam and Bermuda and
there are many different recipes you can try. They all vary the ingredients
including the coffee and type of milk/cream and some even add liqueurs
for extra sweetness and taste. |
